10AM, or Tenam derives its name from a conceptual art project celebrating the art of everything where from 6.20.22-6.20.23, M-F from 10 AM to 10:15 AM, street-front, performance art took place through the sliding glass doors of 3214 Adams Ave under the signage, "EVERYTHING IS ART." Tenam as a performance art space will continue irregular offerings and pop-ups.

Tenam Studio as a business offers music lessons and is available for hourly rental, containing a wide array of amenities for music and art classes, intimate concerts, band rehearsals, and teaching artists.
